In striving for the continuous improvement of Valchromat panels, we test solutions to increasingly lower formaldehyde emissions, which are harmful to people and the environment.

Today, all Valchromat panels are Formaldehyde Class E1, in accordance with the European regulations, EN 13986:2004+A1:2015 standard, where formaldehyde emissions are limited to 8 mg/100g (EN 120) equivalent to 0.1 ppm.

Valchromat E05 panels comply with the German ChemVerbotsV laws which limit formaldehyde emissions to 0.05 ppm, (EN 717-1).

Organic Dyes

Valchromat is produced only with organic dyes, which are neither toxic nor polluting.

Self-sufficiency on thermal energy

Manufacturing without waste
